PRISON ISLAND &
SPICES TOUR

A dhow (boat carattistica Zanzibar) will take you ‘to the island of “Changuu” or Prison Island, which literally means “turtle”, since on this island are guests many specimens of giant tortoises of land, some more old 150 years. On the way back stop in the heart of the island where you will discover a spice plantation. Walk among the plants of cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, pepper, accompanied by a local guide who will explain the secrets of this tropical vegetation. You can buy fresh spices directly grown on the plantation.

BLU LAGOON

In about 40 minutes by bus and after an incomparable adventure aboard authentic local boats called dhows , you will reach one of the most beautiful stretches of sand of Menay Bay . This dream location , immersed in this sea, it comes and goes with the changing of the tides . The entire morning will be ‘ dedicated to relaxation, sun and bathing in the sea and because’ no , for those who want even snorkeling (equipment not provided) . Then you return sailing to the island of Kwale , where at 13:00 will be served lunch of prawns , fried octopus , grilled fish , fried potatoes and lobster , all in the sea before returning to go even charming park of mangroves (depending on tides ) with the opportunity to swim in an almost surreal.

NUNGWI & KENDWA

With its beautiful white sand beaches located in the extreme north of the island, Nungwi is reached in about 50 minutes by bus from the Resort. We will stop at the Marine Park to see and touch the big sea turtles. Also, in the bus we will move on the north-west and after ten minutes we reach the fabulous beach of Kendwa, one of the most beautiful in all of Tanzania. The coastline in this part of the island is not affected by the tides and you can always take a bath. Here we will wait the unforgettable African sunset by the sea enjoying the tropical fruit. The departure is scheduled at 14:00 and return at approximately 19:30, variable depending on the time in which the sun sets. Day dedicated to relax.

STONE TOWN

Starting Resort after about 60 minutes of journey to reach the heart of the capital declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO . Stroll in the Zanzibar market; immediately after our guide will lead you in the many small streets full of bazaars , shops and mosques and will show us all the most interesting sites of the city including the old slave market ( admission included ) and the palace of the Sultan. You will have free time for shopping :sarongs, ebony ,jewelry… are just some of the local crafts that you can buy in the intricate streets of Old Town.

SNORKELING & DIVING

We can offer a full range of diving activities from snorkeling to deep diving. Mnemba Island:The tropical fish capital of East Africa, Mnemba is an island just off the North-East coast of Zanzibar. It has stunning aquarium-like conditions on the west side, and good wall diving on the east side of the island. Divers are constantly surprised by the rich and diverse marine life, regularly seeing turtles, which breed on the island, dolphins and large schools of fish. Seasonally, whale sharks and humpback whales glide past, just a few metres from the divers. Drift diving here is a year-round event, with great diving to be found under almost all weather conditions, and visibility of 15 to 35 metres is the norm. Unique to diving in Zanzibar, Stone Town has a variety of wrecks at different depths – allowing any level of diver to enjoy diving around these underwater structures.
